Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeeta3 platform at jeeta3.net, clicking the registration button, completing account setup, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment of first access and remains in force for the duration of your relationship with jeeta3.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside the jeeta3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only for matters directly related to that promotion. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions shall govern.

If jeeta3 updates these Terms & Conditions (see Section 11), your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the jeeta3 platform.               Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on jeeta3 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.

The jeeta3 welcome bonus offers new players up to ৳20,000 in bonus funds on qualifying first deposits. The exact welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, and expiry period are specified in the current welcome offer terms published on the jeeta3 platform. These specific terms may change from time to time; the terms applicable at the moment of bonus activation shall govern.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual offer terms.

Section 7

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. jeeta3 takes the integrity of its platform extremely seriously and employs continuous monitoring to detect prohibited activity.

Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the jeeta3 platform, whether under your own identity or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited.
Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the jeeta3 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for a minor, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a jeeta3 account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and referral to law enforcement.

Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jeeta3 — including false claims about age, identity, or residential address — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

jeeta3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where account closure is required for legal or compliance reasons. jeeta3 will always act proportionately and in good faith when exercising this right.

In the event of account suspension, jeeta3 will endeavour to notify the affected user by email within 24 hours of the suspension being applied, except where notification would compromise an ongoing fraud or security investigation. Suspended users may submit a formal appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details of their case. jeeta3 will review appeals within 10 business days and communicate its decision in writing.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request voluntary closure of your jeeta3 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jeeta3 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method and close the account within five business days. Bonus balances not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

              Enforcement Closure: Accounts closed by jeeta3 due to confirmed prohibited conduct, fraud, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their real-money balance forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. jeeta3 will provide written explanation of any forfeiture decision within 10 business days of account closure.
            

Self-Exclusion Requests: Players who request self-exclusion through the jeeta3 Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the chosen exclusion period (30, 60, 90 days, or permanently). All marketing communications are suspended immediately upon self-exclusion activation.
Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jeeta3 will notify the account holder by email before applying an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.
Account Reinstatement: Accounts suspended pending investigation may be reinstated once the investigation is resolved in the user's favour. jeeta3 will restore the full account balance and any withheld winnings if the investigation concludes that no breach occurred.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeeta3 and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jeeta3 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, game malfunctions, data breaches outside jeeta3's reasonable control, or decisions made by users based on information published on the jeeta3 platform.

jeeta3 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, or major internet infrastructure failures) may result in temporary platform unavailability. jeeta3 will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability, including losses on open bets where markets cannot be settled due to technical downtime.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, jeeta3's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their jeeta3 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

jeeta3 does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Gambling on jeeta3 involves risk of financial loss and is intended solely as a form of entertainment. Users should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. jeeta3 accepts no liability for financial distress arising from gambling losses incurred on the platform.

          Disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jeeta3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The above limitations apply only to the extent permissible under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

jeeta3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in jeeta3's operational practices or product offering, the introduction of new features or services, or in response to security or fraud threats that require updated policy provisions.

When material amendments are made to these Terms & Conditions, jeeta3 will notify registered users by email to the verified email address on file, and will display a prominent notice on the jeeta3 platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the amended terms taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

It is your responsibility as a jeeta3 user to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and to be aware of any amendments that have been made. Your continued use of the jeeta3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

Minor amendments that do not materially affect user rights — such as typographical corrections, grammatical clarifications, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice. Such amendments will still be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jeeta3 is incorporated and operated as an international gaming platform. jeeta3 operates as an internationally regulated entity and does not represent that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

Users accessing the jeeta3 platform from Bangladesh do so entirely at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws including, but not limited to, laws governing online gambling, financial transactions, and data privacy. jeeta3 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.

The vast majority of disputes are resolved promptly and informally through direct communication with the jeeta3 support team. jeeta3 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, jeeta3 and the user agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Details of the applicable ADR mechanism will be provided upon escalation of an unresolved complaint.
